The main focus of my Middle East news review this month is once again Iran, where evidence is mounting that deadly nuclear weapons are either already in production or in the final stages of development. I also look at the pending UN Security Council vote on the Palestinian Authority statehood bid, expected to take place in a couple weeks time, along with unsettling developments in Lebanon, Syria and Iran in light of the killing of Libyan despot Col. Qaddafi.
